Section 1. Use of Lubbock Directory.
Lubbock Directory service is provided as a voluntary service of Dawnet Hosting Solutions and is by no means under any obligation to provide service to any business or organization or individual for any reason other than that specifically designated by Dawnet.net at their discretion.

1.1 Dawnet WILL remove or deny ANY link/site from it’s listing if the site is found to possess adult/erotic content, without any notification to the listor.
1.2 Dawnet may remove any link/site from it’s listing for any reason without any notification to the listor at dawnet’s discretion
1.3 Dawnet reserves the right to deny any request from being listed for any reason without any notification to the listor at dawnet’s discretion
1.4 Dawnet can and will modify any data whithin your listing for Dawnets' proposes, at dawnets descretion.
1.5 Dawnet is under no obilation to remove or edit the listors data as requested once it has been posted. Dawnet may choose to do so at it's descretion but is not obligated to.

Section 2. Academic Package Disclosure.
The Dawnet Academic Package is for students to have the experience of working with professional hosting recourses. Below are the terms you agree by purchasing the service.
2.1 Dawnet Reserves the right to suspend any and all service including but not limited to web hosting domain service if payment not received within 15 business days of due date.
2.2 Dawnet will charge a $5.00 fee on the total amount due when payment is late.
2.3 Dawnet Academic Package is non-refundable. In the case of Dawnet being unable to fulfill contract, refunding will be at the discretion of the Dawnet administration.

Section 3. Liability
3.1 Dawnet is not responsible for any problems derived from the customer provided content. Nor will Dawnet provide technical support for any scripts or coding. In general, Dawnet has no control over information contained on the Internet. Information obtained by you from the Internet may be inaccurate, offensive or in some cases illegal. Dawnet Accepts no responsibility for any information which you receive from the Internet or any other sources. You accept full responsibility to verify the truth and accuracy, legality and ownership of the information that you obtain from the Internet as well as the reputation of the individuals with whom you may deal. Dawnet provides no warranty for any goods or service which you obtain over the Internet not the compatibility of any such services with the Dawnet system.

Section 4. Abuse
4.1 Dawnet reserves the right to suspend any and all service to an account that is using Dawnet resources for unsolicited email or any other malicious content commonly known as “spam”.
4.2 Dawnet reserves the right to suspend or cancel all service and account if customer is found using Dawnet service for adult/erotic content commonly known as “pornography”.
4.3 Dawnet may also at its own discretion remove any and all data mentioned above without prior notification to the end user, or backing up said data.
Section 5. Privacy Policy
5.1 Dawnet will never sell or share your information with any third party unless you specifically request that we do so in writing or by verified email.
